Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a tax technical team leader generating new business, proposal writing and delivery, collaborating across engagements and business units. Identifying opportunities to provide additional services with experience utilizing a CRM system in a professional services firm to network, develop relationships and sell additional/new services.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in a professional services environment utilizing automation & digitization in a professional services environment, including but not limited to:

  • Innovating through new and existing technologies, along with experimenting with digitization solutions;
  • Working with large, complex data sets to build models and leveraging data visualization tools to provide insights to clients;
  • Transforming the business by creating capacity and delivering an enhanced employee and client experience; and,
  • Evaluating and negotiating new and existing contracts, as well as leveraging pricing tools to contribute to pricing strategies.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in selling, designing and delivering consulting solutions in the areas of organizational transformation, process improvement/process redesign, learning theory, programs and practices, upskilling/reskilling; talent assessment, workforce planning, digitization, organizational culture.

Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in technologies and digital approaches such as artificial intelligence, robotics, process automation, design thinking and user experience. Proven knowledge of approaches for building and enhancing client relationships and selling consulting projects.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in leading medium to large project engagements in a collaborative and fast-paced environment:

  • Defining project workflows, managing resources, prioritizing responsibilities and tasks in order to deliver quality and timely results;
  • Facilitating client discussions and meetings and presenting at conferences, webcasts, roundtables and other networking opportunities;
  • Engaging with clients to identify challenges, recommend solutions and manage expectations proactively;
  • Articulating the firm's value-propositions and preparing final drafts of major deliverables assuring quality control clearly;
  • Anticipating client needs, recognizing and acting on opportunities to enhance client service and expand the scope of engagement; and,
  • Assisting in financial administration of engagements such as budgets, billing and collections.
