Job Description
Our Human Resource professionals are accountable for establishing and maintaining the processes and systems which enable the Firm to fully leverage the skills and talents of all our people.

The HR functions help the local offices in driving the firm's people strategy, helping to create a unique people experience for each individual, supporting our firm wide values and working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and firm wide success in the marketplace.

Human Resources supports our people in reaching their full market value which then sets PwC apart as the distinctive Firm.

The National Tax Human Resources team is responsible for HR processes related to talent development, performance management, total rewards, and compliance requirements across the Tax Line of Service (LoS).

The Tax HR Operations team oversees HR operations for assigned regions in the Tax Line of Service (LoS) for tactical and strategic deployment, utilization, headcount, workload balance, global mobility and other sourcing, and Tax Staff Development.

Also manages the development of the partner candidate pipeline and leads HR programs for Managing Directors in the LoS.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 8


Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED


Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree


Knowledge Preferred:
Extensive understanding of HR and the LoS to formulate and implement plans.


Skills Preferred:
High degree of independence in managing work. Ability to influence decisions made by the LoS region and market leaders and LoS HR leadership. Ability to oversee Human Resources operations for assigned regions in the Tax Line of Service (LoS) for tactical and strategic deployment, utilization, headcount, workload balance, global mobility and other sourcing, and Tax Staff Development.
