Youll build on campus relationships with job seekers and candidates, while understanding the dynamic hiring needs of each business.


As a Senior Associate, youll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above
  • Train and lead staff
  • Establish effective working relationships directly with clients
  • Contribute to the development of your own and teams technical acumen
  • Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
  • Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients 
  • Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand

Preferred Knowledge/Skills: 
Demonstrates some knowledge of, and/or proven record of success with the development and execution of an on-campus recruiting strategy, preferably for a global network of professional services firms, including the following areas: 
- Leading recruiting activity for multiple, less complex, active recruiting sources - those with limited events and/or competitive environments; 
- Understanding and utilizing recruiting-related systems, technologies and protocols; and, 
- Performing recruiting activities consistent with OFCCP and EEOC guidelines as they relate to hiring practices.

Demonstrated and proven considerable ability as an On-Campus Recruiter including but not limited to: 
- Managing relationships with faculty, career centers and students at assigned schools; 
- Continuously developing and maintaining a pipeline of talent resulting in approximately 100 hires per year; 
- Building and managing candidate flow utilizing recruitment technology, such as a CRM and/or ATS, to collaborate with talent acquisition peers, maintain compliance with firm and government policies and protocols, and, report to firm leadership; 
- Screening and qualifying entry-level job seekers across one or two business units to recommend to candidates appropriately; 
- Acting as consultant and collaborating with an assigned firm Partner (Firm Relationship Partner or FRP"), to build sourcing plans at assigned schools; 
- Maintaining working relationships with Client Service and HR colleagues, keeping them informed and appropriately involving them in on-campus recruiting activities; and, 
- Developing and managing the budgets for active recruiting sources.
