Job Description
The Office of the Chief Client Officer is charged with representing the voice of the client, and brings the full breadth and power of PwC to add value, drive profitable growth and expand opportunities for our clients. Our group is divided into the Industries/Sectors program and the Regions/Markets program. The Industries/Sectors focus on the specific industries in which our clients do business
- providing the insights and experience to advise them on their business.



























The Regions/Markets look at our business through a geographic lens
- building our brand in local markets, developing relationships, and making sure we have the right people in the right locations. A significant part of our charter is our focus on the Priority accounts, ensuring our teams can deliver the full breadth of capabilities PwC has to offer.



The Office of the Chief Client Officer also provides two additional capabilities:
1. Analytic Insights serves as the firms analytic insight engine, leveraging integrated industry knowledge, data-enabled capabilities, analytic tools, and PwC-specific planning expertise to help leaders develop a provocative point of view to differentiate the firm, make more-informed decisions and drive firm revenue growth.

2. The Client Experience, whose purpose is to make intelligent changes in order to benefit both the Client and PwC, which is accomplished by collecting, analyzing and acting on client feedback, and managing our relationships throughout the Client journey, resulting in improved client loyalty.

The vision of Analytic Insights is to operate as the firm's analytic insight engine, leveraging integrated industry knowledge, data-enabled capabilities, analytic tools, & PwC-specific planning expertise to help leaders make more informed decisions & drive firm revenue growth. This is done through three primary domains: provocative points of view, decision support, & analytic tools.
Analytic Insights will operate with agility to deliver the full-breadth of our skillset to help differentiate PwC in the market & bring analytic rigor to solving the firms most complex problems. Priorities will be governed by formalized stakeholder relationships, ensuring our efforts are fully aligned with strategic priorities & synced with the business.
The Analytic Insight organization consists of three aligned & collaborative competency teams which leverage embedded technology solutions & offshore resources to effectively & efficiently deliver our value proposition.
Sector Analysis is comprised of sector-aligned analysts with deep industry knowledge leveraging data & analytics to help sector leaders make more-informed business planning decisions, support development of

"market making" points of view from a PwC perspective, & increase PwC competitiveness on key client accounts.
Business Planning consists of quantitative & qualitative strategic decision-support analyses, tools and solutions aligned to the USLT & PwC Network agenda. This capability focuses on enhancing decision-making through disciplined analytical approaches & PwC-relevant framing & interpretation of the macro environment.
Analytics consists of technical analysts who utilize scientific approaches to extract insights from data & develop predictive models to increase confidence in business planning & investment decisions, establish heuristics for leadership, develop practice & client-level tactical targeting tools, end-to-end solution development, & facilitate the efficient exploration and interpolation of large quantities of data through visualization.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 8


Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma


Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree in accounting


Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates intimate knowledge and/or a proven record of success providing operations and financial analysis, reporting, and assistance to leaders in the areas of project management, cost management, and operational analysis, including the following areas:

- Providing accounting and finance oversight, including budgeting and forecasting activities;

- Developing financial modeling and management approaches;

- Leading continuous process improvement activities;

- Managing Project Management Operations(PMO); and,

- Facilitating change through leadership, team building and conflict resolution.


Skills Preferred:

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success involving the delivery of relevant and value added operations and financial analysis, reporting, and assistance to leaders in the areas of project management, cost management, and operational analysis, including the following areas:

- Developing new tools to allow analysis/review of financial areas requiring attention;

- Designing and implementing controls and procedures to enable timely and accurate processing, analysis and reporting;

- Providing strategic and operational planning support to group leaders and assisting in effective change, proactively improving processes and strengthen internal controls;

- Using business software, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, analytic tools like Tableau, and basic financial analysis packages

- Leveraging comprehensive analytics methodologies and tools, especially as it applies within a professional services environment

- Establishing personal networks relevant to the industry

- Exhibiting team commitment and the willingness to support the team in the attainment organizational goals and,

- Guiding and developing others in the group and across the Analytic Insights organization and the Firm who are new to the industry or subject matter.
