Job Description
PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance LLC (PwC CF) is a boutique investment bank that plays the role of lead financial advisor in sell-side and buy-side transactions. Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 1 year of finance or investment banking experience

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Knowledge Preferred:

The PwC CF Team Analyst plays an integral role in the work provided to clients, including participating in all phases of business development activity and live transaction execution. The selected PwC CF Analyst will have demonstrated some knowledge of the following:

- Financial Analysis
- developing company valuations and implementing financial models, as well as conducting financing, comparative and pro forma analyses;

- Transaction Execution
- interacting with clients and various levels of management, and acting as an integral part of the engagement team; and,

- Business Development
- preparing new business presentations, conducting fundamental industry research and quantitative analyses, reviewing and organizing financial data, and developing qualitative analyses.

Skills Preferred:

The selected PwC CF Analyst will have demonstrated some of the following skills related to client engagements and project management-related to growth and M&A strategies that includes the following:

- Some ability with teamwork dynamics through working as a team member: understand personal and team roles; contribute to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; proactively seek guidance, clarification and feedback; and, prioritize and manage multiple tasks;

- Some ability to understand the identifying and addressing of client needs: build solid relationships with clients; develop an awareness of Firm services; approach client in an organized and knowledgeable manner; deliver clear requests for information; demonstrate flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks; and,

- Some ability to utilize effectively written and verbal business communication skills when interacting with clients and firm staff and/or management in a professional services business environment.
