Professionals in PwC Public Sector LLP may be subject to a government security investigation and may need to meet related eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Our People and Organization consultants help clients effectively execute their business strategies through their people and maximize return on human capital. We do this by helping to transform their HR function, including their HR policies, operations and dashboards, and increasing their workforce capability. We also drive both transformational and event driven changes by focusing on organization design, leadership, culture, change management, communications and training.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Years of Experience: 3

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management (or related field) or Information Systems

Certification(s) Preferred: Oracle/PeopleSoft certification or Human Resources/Payroll related certifications (i.e.. SPHR, CPP, CCP, et al)

Knowledge Preferred:
Demonstrated proven thorough knowledge and success with participating in administrative and technical aspects of HR consulting, including benefits, and employee benefit programs either as a service provider, plan sponsor, or consultant.
Demonstrated proven thorough knowledge and success with assessing client HRIS systems, including the following areas driving recommendation options that optimize, transform or implement technology solutions:


- Analyzing client requirements
- Developing solution options
- Calculating ROI
- Developing a business case

Skills Preferred:
Demonstrates proven thorough abilities and contributing success in at least two full lifecycle Oracle and/or PeopleSoft implementations, especially the following:
- Upgrades in HR, benefits, payroll, time or talent management within PeopleSoft 9.0 or Oracle R12 HRMS environments.
- Configuration and design in PeopleSoft 8, 9 or higher environments in the HR, benefits, payroll, time or talent management modules.
Demonstrates proven thorough abilities and success with identifying and addressing client needs: actively participating in client discussions and meetings; communicating a broad range of Firm services; managing engagements including preparing concise, accurate documents and balancing project economics management with the occurrence of unanticipated issues.
Demonstrates proven thorough abilities as a team leader: creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members; providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner; and keeping leadership informed of progress and issues.


This role supports client work contractually requiring US Citizenship and a Secret Level Security Clearance.
