Responsibilities

At the Administrative level, youll support our engagement teams from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Proactively support the market team and provide necessary support to internal teams
  • Serve as the internal "single point of contact" for administrative needs
  • Arrange travel, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and respond to routine correspondence
  • Maintain records or files and respond to visitors and telephone calls
  • Provide services in a manner that demonstrates the highest levels of quality, accountability, and teamwork

IFS Coordinator role within the Inspections Group of the National Quality Organization that supports the PwC US Assurance Practice Quality Review programs (QR) including Quality Management System (QMS), Engagement Compliance Review (ECR), and Targeted Pre-Issuance Inspections (TPI).

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates some abilities and/or a proven record of success in data analytics utilizing advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), Alteryx, and Google collaboration to support the PwC US Assurance Practice Quality Review programs including the following areas:

  • Preparing weekly internal and external inspections result reporting including coordination with the LSO support team and other NQO teams. The preparation includes data mining from various Lotus Notes databases and complex data manipulation in Microsoft Excel (Weekly);
  • Performing advanced recurring and ad hoc data analysis, forecasting, and reporting using pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced formulas in Microsoft Excel and Alteryx (Daily);
  • Preparing Powerpoint/Google presentations on a recurring and ad hoc basis for leadership (Weekly);
  • Performing database maintenance in support of Firm programs to include manual input of data, troubleshooting database IT issues with users, coordination with IT support teams and performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of database enhancements;
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal firm and Assurance practice professionals;
  • Supporting and resolving project issues (i.e. research underlying cause and follow up with appropriate stakeholders; and,
  • Writing, communicating, facilitating and presenting cogently; to and/or for all levels of audiences, clients and internal staff and management.
