Services industry team provides strategy, management, technology and risk consulting services to help a diverse set of clients around the world anticipate and address their most complex business challenges. CIPS includes multiple sectors: Automotive, Energy, Industrial Products, Retail and Consumer, and Utilities.

Our Finance consultants help clients optimize all elements of their finance organization, including operating model design, sustainable cost reduction, financial planning and analysis, management reporting, financial systems architecture, and full scale finance transformation. This high performing team helps CFOs identify, design and implement programs that transform their finance function to meet todays demanding requirements while continuing to provide value added insights to the business.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Years of Experience: 8


Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree

Minimum Degree Required Major: in Finance or Accounting


Degree(s) Preferred: Master's degree

Preferred Degree Major: in Business Administration


Knowledge Preferred:
Demonstrates proven expertise and understanding of the development of organizational options for strategic planning, including the design of financial and operational metrics to match with strategic plans.
Demonstrates proven expert-level consulting with performance monitoring design and providing professional services in connection with implementation, including a proven track record of consulting clients on the common issues facing them in their industry.
Demonstrates proven expertise of business intelligence tools to support the reporting and monitoring of performance metrics.


Skills Preferred:
Demonstrates extensive intimate abilities in identifying and addressing client needs: developing and sustaining deep client relationships using networking, negotiation and persuasion skills to identify and sell potential new service opportunities; preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials; and defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collection.
Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with a proven track record of success directing efforts: leading teams to generate a vision, establish direction and motivate members, create an atmosphere of trust, leverage diverse views, coach staff, and encourage improvement and innovation.
Demonstrates proven extensive technical skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), as well as thorough abilities utilizing Lotus Notes


Candidate will use their extensive network and knowledge base to assist in selling Hyperion implementation projects. Projects will relate to HFM, Planning, Essbase, DRM, FDM, ODI, HFR, etc.
