A career in our Information Risk Management Enterprise Content Management practice, within Forensics Technology services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients protect their business in todays evolving landscape by applying advanced and strategic approaches to information management. We focus on assisting organisations manage vast amounts of electronic data and navigate the legal and business processes demanded by critical events which includes litigation, regulatory requests and internal investigations.Our team helps our clients understand their current capabilities and assist in the implementation of governance controls to effectively mitigate information risk and maximise exploitation of their information assets.


As a Senior Associate, youll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above
  • Train and lead staff
  • Establish effective working relationships directly with clients
  • Contribute to the development of your own and teams technical acumen
  • Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
  • Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients 
  • Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success with industry-leading Information Governance and Information Science related solutions, including: - Leveraging information governance industry leading practices, regulations, requirements and compliance guidelines, including the application of these concepts to electronic data; - Demonstrating practical understanding of how taxonomy and metadata concepts; can support information retrieval and content management strategies; - Working knowledge of data classification and creating data artifacts, such as data flows, process diagrams, and data inventories; and, - Utilizing industry experience in Financial Services, Technology, Energy/Utilities, Media and Entertainment, Hospitality, Law Firm or Corporate Legal.

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success with roles related to developing and implementing industry-leading Information Governance and Information Science related solutions, including: - Supporting technology solutions and implementation of new Information Governance initiatives, such as content management, collaboration, document management, and records management systems; - Developing guidance, processes, tools and controls to structure and secure data appropriately; - Writing technical documents such as deliverables, requirement specifications, implementation plans, roadmaps, and reports; - Leveraging project management, risk identification and mitigation, issue resolution, and change management; - Developing presentations and deploying training and awareness of information governance processes and procedures; - Thinking critically and utilizing analytical skills; - Communicating through writing, presenting and facilitating cogently at all levels with internal and client teams; - Utilizing time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, manage and balance multiple projects for self and others; - Motivating and managing self while also acting as a team player supporting the central team priorities and roadmap; - Supporting development of internal and client materials using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; - Supporting focus groups and other information gathering activities with clients; - Demonstrating research skills and the ability to gather information and metrics to make informed decisions; - Gathering and documenting client requirements, analyzing client needs and solution offerings, and developing implementation strategies and related recommendations; - Implementing content management, document management, and/or records management solutions including SharePoint (Online, 2016, 2013), OpenText Documentum, iManage, Hyland Onbase, or similar solutions; - Implementing search indexing capabilities; and, - Implementing Natural Language Processing (NLP) tools.
