Job Description
PwC established New Ventures to invest in new business models that leverage our knowledge and build solutions for the growing digital market.

New Ventures identifies, develops, and commercializes technology-enabled solutions that deliver PwC value, knowledge, and experience to our clients. Each new solution focuses on data-driven platforms or other IP-based solutions that leverage emerging technologies and new business models. Through the process of building new solutions, we foster a culture of innovation within the Firm, extend brand relevance in the market, and generate new revenue.

The New Ventures Innovation team is focused on identifying, prioritizing, accelerating and incubating new ideas from across the firm and outside the organization that are aligned with our PwC purpose. The team facilitates ideation through various modalities, and prioritizes based on disciplined criteria for developing new products and services to initiate new businesses, use of advanced technologies to enhance existing offerings, and development of processes to improve both our client and people experience.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 2


Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree


Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success with LEAN or Agile principles.


Skills Preferred:

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success with managing the identification and addressing of customer needs including the following areas:

- Maintaining project plans and task lists;

- Coordinating timelines across multiple projects/resources and managing project milestones across multiple initiatives;

- Coordinating and managing through complex logistics and changing priorities to keep project momentum moving forward;

- Demonstrating an execution-oriented mindset and ability to think independently to solve problems with comfort and ambiguity;

- Working independently and managing multiple and competing priorities while delivering within time frame and within budget;

- Leveraging creative problem solving and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;

- Collaborating effectively with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience;

- Communicating effectively and influencing others where there is no direct reporting relationship;

- Prioritizing and proactively identifying gaps/needs;

- Building and maintaining relationships with staff, up to and including leadership, with emphasis on managing through a matrixed organization; and,

- Using technical tools actively and effectively such as MS Office suite including Word, PowerPoint and Excel and Google suite including Docs, Slides and Sheets.
