Job Description
PwC's US Finance organization is a strategic business advisor responsible for managing the firm's financial risk, including: financial planning and reporting, data analysis, and assisting leadership with strategic and tactical matters. Services include: budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs, data and analytics, shared services and financing. Finance works daily with US Leadership, engagement partners and managers on managing the profitability of engagements.

Finance has assisted other PwC Network firms regionalize their financial operations. Finance also analyzes potential acquisitions, assisting with the integration (including system needs) and educating partners/managers on how to navigate our various financial systems.

The Cross Line of Service Management Reporting team is responsible for developing the Reporting strategy and producing and analyzing all reports related to Finance operations, Clients, Markets and Sectors, Line of Service (LoS) Finance and Leadership & Management reports.

This team is responsible for maintaining a strong relationship with LoS Finance Leadership, Firmwide Finance Leadership, US Financial Services Leadership, and the Budget & Analysis Team to assess and deliver on the needs of the organizations and is responsible for developing a sustainable governance structure and standardized reporting across all reporting segments and LoS.

The Idea2Innovation (i2i) team is a key member of the Controller Operations Finance Organization that works with and leads multi-functional teams to support Firm operations and strategy implementation. The i2i team will be a key liaison to the CO business leaders and will facilitate the Engagement Performance Quality (EPQ) meetings around process improvement ideas and other key initiatives happening within the i2i organization.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 4

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree

Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrated understanding of financial systems and Finance policies/procedures.

Demonstrated knowledge of project/change management tools methodologies.

i.e.EPQ, Six Sigma, etc.

Skills Preferred:

Demonstrated ability to:

- Manage initiatives/national projects;

- Act as key contact for xLoS and Firm initiatives and serves as point of contact, disseminating information to

Finance team, as appropriate;

- Work closely with leaders, to interpret results, identify trends and develop and implement strategies to combat issues;

- Consult with leaders, raise issues and provide suggestions, as appropriate;
- Act as a liaison between Finance teams and other Firm functional organizations; and,

- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CO business unit leadership to provide outstanding support, meet the expectations of client groups and achieve common goals.
