Job Description
Our Human Resource professionals are accountable for establishing and maintaining the processes and systems which enable the Firm to fully leverage the skills and talents of all our people.

The HR functions help the local offices in driving the firm's people strategy, helping to create a unique people experience for each individual, supporting our firm wide values and working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and firm wide success in the marketplace.

Human Resources supports our people in reaching their full market value which then sets PwC apart as the distinctive Firm.

The HR Shared Services Center (HR SSC) is a critical component of the Firm's Human Resource organization, providing strategic and tactical support that enables the successful delivery of the Human Capital Strategy. Through a flexible, shared services environment, we deliver operational efficiency and effectiveness that promotes the PwC experience. There are approximately 140 roles in the HR SSC that support the life cycle of our staff from the time their employment offer is extended throughout the length of their employment.

The HR SSC Talent Management/Contingent Workforce Compliance team provides strategic and tactical support for the firm's talent acquisition and onboarding programs and objectives.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 2

Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED

Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree

Knowledge Preferred:
Demonstrates thorough knowledge of and proven success in the recruiting lifecycle for all types of labor, preferably for a global network of professional services firms, in the following areas:
- Third party relationships, invoicing, and payment;
- Vendor management system functionality, reporting and related workflow;
- Staffing agency operations; and,
- MSP (Managed Services Provider) and VMS (Vendor Management System).

Skills Preferred:
Demonstrates thorough-level of ability and proven record of success in TPL recruiting lifecycle operating procedures for finance-related activities and reporting processes, preferably for a global network of professional services firms, including the following areas:
- Partnering with key stakeholder teams to understand contingent worker business needs, including labor forecasts, trends, and impacts to financial systems, billing and other related topics;
- Resolving and escalating issues from the business, contingent workers on assignment, and/or external or offshore suppliers providing quality feedback through issue resolution;
- Preparing reports and analyses for the contingent worker program utilizing large and complex data files, including reconciliation of weekly time reporting;
- Processing external supplier payment requests and/or disputes;
- Performing root cause analysis and providing recommendations for operational improvements and efficiencies for onboarding, time reporting, and invoicing to avoid repeated errors and deliver a high level of customer service;
- Writing, communicating, facilitating, and presenting cogently, to and/or with external stakeholders and all internal staff and management, including leveraging PC applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project; and,
- Participating and collaborating with others on special projects, as assigned.
