Job Description
Healthcare is a transforming industry due to legislative and regulatory demands, technology challenges, and societal trends. Our growing Health Industries Advisory team provides strategy, management, technology and risk consulting services to help healthcare institutions around the world to anticipate and address their most complex business challenges.

Our practitioners are supported by a dedicated health research unit, which is managed by a physician partner and provides our clients with cutting-edge intelligence, perspective, and analysis on issues transforming the health industry. Our professionals have deep health industry expertise and include physicians, nurses, system specialists, health policy analysts, actuaries, financial advisors, and data analysts. The Health Industries Advisory team includes the following sectors: Health Services
- Payer/Provider, Pharmaceuticals and Life Sciences
- Suppliers and Innovators/New Entrants.

Our IT Infrastructure consultants help clients optimize their technology infrastructure by transforming the way their infrastructure delivers capabilities and services to meet the business's strategic goals. This high performing team advises clients on all elements of their information technology infrastructure from data center technologies and cloud to IT service management. They also address areas such as infrastructure architecture, networking and end-user services, and disaster recovery.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 7 5-7 years of experience in the cloud / infrastructure space.


Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or related field.


Degree Preferred: Advanced degree


Certification(s) Preferred: Certification in Amazon (AWS), Microsoft (Azure), GCP, or other cloud solutions.


Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

- Cloud relating to migration, operating model or cloud economics;


- Cloud-based service models such as AAAS, PAAS, aPAAS, etc,;
- Basic programming knowledge of SQL Server, No-SQL Databases, etc.;
- Cloud Application Architecture;
- Infrastructure-as-a-Code;
- Configuration Management (e.g., Packer, Chef, Puppet);
- Containerization;
- DevOps;
- Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Delivery Model;
- Data Governance;
- API Management;
- Disaster Recovery / Resiliency; and,
- Big Data Analytics.

Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

- Leading meetings with mid-to-senior level clients, designing workshops, and leading multiple project work streams;

- Designing, configuring, and implementing of cloud solutions;

- Understanding IT strategy, roadmaps, architecture, engineering, operating models, enterprise systems, scalable distributed systems, and software development practices.


Skills Preferred:

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader by:

- Supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation;
- Answering questions and providing direction to less-experienced staff; and,
- Coaching staff including providing timely written and verbal feedback.
