Job Description
The PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Ethics & Compliance (E&C) Office advances and fosters integrity based decision making and conduct by PwC professionals throughout our organization.

We promote and monitor compliance with applicable external laws and regulations as well as internal policies and procedures, and thus help manage PwC's regulatory, litigation and reputational risk.

The Government Ethics and Compliance (E&C) team has responsibility for providing guidance and counseling on all aspects of working with federal, state and local governments and multilateral entities.

We support teams working on both public sector and commercial clients.

In addition, we provide guidance on trade compliance matters, which includes complying with sanctions and export control laws; our overall responsibilities include identifying regulatory and business requirements; drafting and obtaining approval for policies; establishing and executing internal controls; training and messaging; and supporting overall compliance within the firm.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 4 years in roles including managerial experience and providing ethics and compliance-related guidance and counseling on federal, state and local governments, and multilateral entities.

Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED

Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree

Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in managerial roles involving government contracting rules and regulations including the following areas:

- Technical knowledge and application of FAR, DFARS, CAS, DCAM, CFR, FTR/JTR, and other relevant regulations and regulatory processes;

- Management of internal reviews, establishing the monitoring, training, and implementation of internal controls and other related areas through proactive collaborations with Finance/Accounting, Contract, and other

staff and internal stakeholder groups to implement and improve on business systems for regulatory compliance at federal, state, and, local or municipal levels;

- Relationship management with federal representatives from DCAA, DCMA, GSA, and OIG that emphasizes an orientation toward relationship development and maintenance, leadership, negotiation, and consensus building; and,

- Identification of regulatory and business requirements, leveraging and applying knowledge of federal regulatory and international agency contracting and compliance policies/programs/procedures.

Skills Preferred:

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success overseeing industry standard-setting compliance programs for a government contractor, including the following areas:

- Providing advice and counsel on federal regulatory requirements, such as forward pricing, incurred cost submission, disclosure statements, business systems, timekeeping compliance and floor checks, CAS concerns, and relevant FAR and DFARS requirements;

- Participating in negotiations with government regulators on matters that include final rates, interim rates, audit results, CAS compliance, business systems and disclosure statements;

- Working independently to manage tasks; and,

- Coaching and managing staff, as needed.
