Job Description
The People MDM service is the master data management service used by all territories in the network for the purpose of exchanging people data in an efficient and privacy-compliant manner.

The service is enabled by a global system with inbound interfaces into 170 territory HC systems and outbound interfaces to global applications that need information about our people at a network level.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 4

Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED

Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

Certification(s) Preferred: CPA

Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

- Applying accounting concepts and principles into projects;

- Providing project and operational financial analysis for Tax Management;

- Structuring complex financial issues and communicating conclusions and alternatives;

- Partnering with Global Tax teams to provide business guidance on resolving finance and operational issues;

- Interacting with system programmers and database administrators as necessary to develop or improve systems or tools; and,

- Understanding Financial systems, policies, and business processes used around the world.

Skills Preferred:

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success

in the following areas:

-Self-motivating and the ability to autonomously manage time and priorities;

- Leveraging Access, Excel, and data analysis tools into projects including representing Global Tax in Network Information testing of tools such as Tableau and Qlikview;

- Utilizing Firm software such as, Global Data Warehouse, TM1, Excel, Access, GFS, and iPower;

- Building planning, modeling, and reporting tools for Global Tax; and,

- Developing key performance indicators and revenue trend analyses as well as creating variance and ad hoc analysis for financial results.
