Job Description
Global Advisory Pricing works closely with global and cross-territory account teams to develop, implement, and deploy pricing strategies that maximize price realization and are aligned to our Global Advisory strategic vision.

Global Advisory Pricing Team provides actionable analysis and recommendations in support of developing strategically-aligned pricing strategies to senior account team leaders. In addition, Global Advisory Pricing collaborates with Cluster, Territory, Vertical, and Horizontal leadership teams to identify and deliver key insights to effectively educate on pricing and value proposition best practices. Global Advisory Pricing also influences the decisions of global account teams to be more aligned to our Global Advisory strategic vision to ensure they receive market-based pricing for the services they deliver.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 4


Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED


Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree


Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

- Providing insightful and actionable analysis in support of developing strategically-aligned pricing strategies to senior account team leaders;

- Providing recommendations to senior account leaders on recommended pricing structures and positioning of PwC services in alignment with the Global Advisory value proposition; and,

- Contributing to ad hoc strategic projects which help identify pricing and profit maximization opportunities for territories, sectors, and competencies.


Skills Preferred:

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

- Communicating with impact verbally and writing client-focused proposals, presentations, and other communications;

- Building and maintaining relationships with staff up to and including leadership, with emphasis on managing through a matrixed organization;

- Researching and using analytical skills and ability to pull out relevant data/information and provide synopses for stakeholders;

- Working in a strong teaming environment and building relationships/collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels;

- Thriving in a fast-paced matrixed organization, work with a strong sense of urgency, and being agile in an ever-changing environment;

- Implementing, developing, and deploying pricing strategies that are aligned to our Global Advisory strategy and maximize price realization;

- Managing development and maintenance of a portfolio of pricing models and methodologies;

- Building relationships globally throughout the PwC Network in support of promoting better pricing behaviors and outcomes;

- Driving data collection, benchmarks, and cross-territory analysis in support of annual updated of global consulting rate card;

- Using excellent project and deadline management skills; and,

- Using technical tools actively and effectively such as MS Office suite including Word, PowerPoint and Excel and Google suite including Docs, Slides and Sheets.


This position's location is flexible across the US.
