Job Description
Our clients are focused on improving business performance, responding quickly and effectively to crisis situations, and extracting value from transactions. Our growing Industrial Products and Services industry team provides strategy, management, technology and risk consulting services to help a diverse set of clients around the world anticipate and address their most complex business challenges. This industry vertical team includes clients within the Industrial Products and Energy, Utilities & Mining sectors.

Our industry specific technology consultants help clients solve business challenges leveraging the latest industry applications.

This high performing team combines deep industry and technical expertise with the ability to manage large scale, complex, multi-year programs from strategy through execution to drive value for our clients.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 5

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree

Degree Preferred: Master's degree in MIS, computer science or engineering.

Knowledge Preferred:
Demonstrates proven extensive knowledge of, and success in roles involving, managing client engagements pertaining to the alignment of strategic IT solutions with business objectives, which includes but is not limited to the following areas: -Big data, real time data or predictive analytics -Data and system architecture -Relational understanding between various IT applications and systems -Development of solutions where ambiguity exists within IT- and business-related environments -Utilization of simple Entity Relationship Diagrams, including a thorough understanding of enterprise infrastructures

Skills Preferred:
Demonstrates proven extensive abilities and success with managing large sized tasks or lead a small team a client with short turnaround time and minimal guidance, including the following areas: -Managing the gathering of business requirements, leveraging thorough know-how of architectural design components and being able to read and interpret a design document -Communicating complex concepts cohesively and quickly to clients, business partners and teammates -Building client relationships, being able to multitask (including client and internal work) while maintaining a consistent track record of producing work that is highly accurate, detail-oriented, and reflects well on the business -Utilizing appropriate methods to resolve complex design issues
making decisions with the ability to investigate and weigh alternatives, and prove a case for the recommended courses of action to provides the greatest benefit to the client and/or the business, -Leveraging creative thinking skills, especially with helping to develop and proposed strategies that lead to clients' and/or business' processes and team improvements -Leveraging problem-solving skills, emphasizing the diagnosing of root causes and developing implementable, workable solutions -Leveraging interpersonal skills, especially within a fast paced environment, and participating as an independent contributor with little supervision or as an active team member depending on the business situation and needs -Using problem-solving skills, applying industry-standard lifecycle management theories and processes while on client engagements -Managing and collaborating with off-shore IT delivery teams and resources to meet the demands of operational functions and client needs -Exhibiting willingness to travel on business assignments, as necessar
