Job Description
Our clients are focused on improving business performance, responding quickly and effectively to crisis situations, and extracting value from transactions. Our growing Industrial Products and Services industry team provides strategy, management, technology and risk consulting services to help a diverse set of clients around the world anticipate and address their most complex business challenges. This industry vertical team includes clients within the Industrial Products and Energy, Utilities & Mining sectors.

Our Customer consultants help clients to shape their businesses through customer experiences building bridges between digital and analog, delivering personal and contextual experiences powered by technology and analytics, and driving the total experience by engaging the customer, product, partner and employee experiences.

We use our capabilities in Experience Design, Marketing, Sales, Service, Pricing and Customer Analytics to help our clients better understand the customer, generate sustainable growth and expanded market share, and be always on in an experience economy.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 8

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree

Knowledge Preferred:
Demonstrates proven thought leader-level knowledge of and/or a record of success managing and executing analyses, assessments and the formulation of recommendations for Customer Information System replacement initiatives focusing on the SAP CR and B software suite, emphasizing the following areas of conducting assessments:
- Covering any or all phases of a project lifecycle, including pre- and post-RFP planning, business case development, implementation phases, stage gate transitions, and/or deep dives into particular project phases. Assessments will typically have included one or many project workstreams/competencies, such as Project Management, Functional, Technical, and Change Management;
- Utilizing various means and/or methods, including client interviews, document reviews, leading practice comparisons, methodology comparisons, project artifact reviews, and examination of validation plans and results.

Skills Preferred:
Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities and a proven record of success leading teams: leading teams to generate a vision, to establish direction and motivate members, as well as create an atmosphere of trust, leverage diverse views, coach staff, to encourage improvement and innovation. Demonstrates proven success and extensive intimate abilities in the utilities industry managing and delivering one or many CIS functional capabilities in the following areas
- Customer Service, Device Management, Meter Reading, Billing and Invoicing, Finance, Credit and Collections, and CRM such as campaign management, relationship management, marketing. Demonstrates proven success and extensive intimate abilities in architecting SAP CR and B solutions. Demonstrates proven extensive intimate abilities to perform business process improvement and exhibit an enterprise view of a utilities Customer Service functions. Demonstrates proven extensive intimate abilities developing, reviewing and delivering assessment findings and recommendations to Client executives.
