Our Cybersecurity and Privacy Consultants are a team of business integrators with extensive consulting and industry experience who help our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy through execution. A Cybersecurity and Privacy consulting career may provide the opportunity to grow and contribute to our clients' business issues every day, applying a collection of security spectrum capabilities, including security strategy and governance, IT risk, security technologies, and cybercrime and breach response.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 5

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree Any discipline with understanding of cybersecurity concepts

Degree Preferred: Computer Science Engineering or equivalent preferred

Certification(s) Preferred: ITIL

Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

- Communicate information regarding the information security threat landscape;

- Make subject matter specialization recommendations, that are aligned to business and technical needs of the client;

- Identify security threats, exploits, attack vectors and skills to isolate, contain and remediate issues;

- Lead and drive upgrade activities, and major incidents for the applicable service line;

- Map client expectations and plans changes during IAM/PAM policy reviews which can be implemented by an analyst;

- Participate in CAB reviews, represent as a technical subject matter specialist in CSIRT meetings;

- Present a monthly status report that includes activities but not limited to monthly incident, change volumetric, security intelligence report/recommendations, IAM/PAM & DLP policy violations, status and effectiveness of implemented VA process;

- Provide recommendations to mitigate security threat or impact of vulnerabilities on client network to improve their security posture;

- Introduce Continual Systems Improvement inputs to the client stakeholders or engagement team;

- Participate in security conferences/webinars and impart learnings to the team;

- Deliver team mentoring responsibilities to enhance skill level of L1 and L2 colleagues and foster a culture of information exchange within the team; and

- Secure development lifecycle concepts, compliance and regulations such as PCI-DSS, ISO27001, ISO22301, NIST, GLBA, HIPPAA, and Emerging EU privacy laws.

Skills Preferred:

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in Security Information and Events Management including the following areas:

- Analyze logs from Network security devices, hands-on experience with a SIEM technology, network security devices, a foundation of identity and access management principles, DLP incident evidence gathering;:

- Utilize analytic skills for problem analysis and resolution;

- Acquire and utilize knowledge on new technologies and solutions, emerging threats and vulnerabilities;

- Function as a technical leader and provide subject matter specialization with CEH, Licenses Pen Tester/CPTC, Cisco, Checkpoint, Websense, Fortinet, McAfee, Symantec or equivalent infrastructure security skills and certifications;

- Utilize security/process certifications/skills in one or more of the following areas (relevant to the service line): Cyberark, Sailpoint, Microsoft FIM and similar technologies, GIAC, GSEC, HPE ArcSight ESM Admin and Analyst or equivalent, AWS or equivalent, Compliance/Mgmt/SME: CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, CBCP, CIAM';

- Program/code/script for IAM/PAM roles: C, C++, Python;

- Participate in daily huddles, shift handovers, prepares reports or provides input for reports as assigned;

- Work in timezone aligned to that of client or a rotational shift as demand requires; and

- Support a global service delivery environment and work culture.
